Therapist suggested I ice my elbow once a day. This works great. I do have to have a light cloth material on my arm before using it. would be too cold if I didn't. But it works great for my needs. Fits well and stays cold for the right amount of time. Haven't used the hot option yet

The brace gives excellent support, and after removing it from the freezer, it cools the injury well. However, I noticed white, gel-like pellets on my desktop left behind by the brace. I planned to return it for another, but I could not find the box, so it is mine now. I don't know how long it will last, but if the gel continues to fall away, it will eventually be worthless.

Works good. Slides in elbow and stays. However it doesn’t stay cold very long. Might be cold long enough I ice down your elbow but I like to ice down longer than this. Still works and I still use it
