This wonderful Mexican corn bread is a great accompaniment to soup, chili or all by itself. Similar to our Appalachian Trail cornbread mix but the addition of green chilies, red ancho peppers and cayenne pepper makes a superb Mexican style corn bread.

I was so sad. Back to my old cornbread recipe
I was so excited to try this cornbread. There is a spice packet you have to add to batter. After baking and taking first bite, the topping was so salty and cornbread dry. I was so sad. Back to my old cornbread recipe. Maybe if you want to try this package, do not add packet. It is very salty and no taste.
