I bought the product for a friend I own a himiway step thru far better quality for a few hundred more but the bike out of the box did 28.5mph it does what it’s supposed to do he hasn’t tested the battery yet on a long trip

I've had the bike for 3 months. The bike has a awesome battery life. Vary quick bike. But be aware the accelerator does not match the mode selection. If you have on level 1, you would expect the bike to go 6mph maybe? the bike goes to 16mph, way to fast for a beginner.Then this last weekend I drove 50 miles away from home to a nice bike path. Turned the bike on and nothing. The bike is fully charged. The readout shows no error codes. Then using the throttle or petals it has no acceleration. Messaging the seller is telling me the obvious. I've checked all wiring. Confirmed the battery is fully charged. Still nothing. Paying $1100 for a bike for 3 months of use then dying is horrible. I am outside the Amazon return window of course and I requested a exchange or refund from the seller. I will update with any good actions on their part.Update. Seller is doing nothing to help me. Keeps pushing me off. Saying they will send a label but never does. I have called Amazon 5 times. The first two times they told me to wait a week. The third time they told me to wait 48 hours. The last two they told me to wait 24 hours. Both the seller and Amazon are doing the same this pushing me off. Amazon says they are trying to help but are doing nothing to help me. Spent $1200 on their website and nothing.My conclusion is 100% do not do business with this bike seller. And after me spending over $100 per week with Amazon I think it’s time to go back to retail stores.

This bike is very heavy duty and well built. However I bought this bike for my wife who is about 5'5" tall. The specifics says this bike will fit 5'4". This bike is still to large for her. She can ride it with a little trouble getting started, but she says she loves riding it after she gets going. All and all it's a very good bike if you're tall enough.

dollar for dollar probably one of the best buys on the internet.but! i bought one size too large for me, 1 broken eye socket, 1 broken knee cap, 2 severly damaged elbows and hands and 2 broken ribs all in 1 week and all because i went a 26" instead of a 24" or a 20."i shopped for features, benefits and suspected durabilty (I'm 80yrs old). i quickly realized that this was an $1100.00 discuised as a $2500.00 bike so i bought it and fell a few times all the time noting that i had hydraulic front fork suspension, 2 wheel disc brakes, rear rack, fenders, fat tires, 7 speed transmission, throttle control,headlight, speedometer w/electrical discharge showing, and some other niceties, plus it only cost $8.00 a monthe for insurance. After i adjust to the size all will be well, i like it, we will grow on another or bury one another, we'll see.

I have rode 155 in about a week, works great just cruising through the city, and it is amazing on sand. When you get the bike the first time you need to charge your battery up for a full 8 hrs and then the first ride you have to set up your bike setting through the display. Now I find the display setting very confusing but after some videos and forums I have my bike riding almost 40 miles on one charge and I also made it back home so still had some battery left. If you only use battery power you can get about 20 miles out of it. It can charge your phone. This is a daily rider for me so I’m going to buy the bigger battery for longer rides. Max speed on battery power 28mph max speed with pedal assist 35mph. All and all money well spent!!!!

Bike is pretty good. Very easy to assemble and fast. Got bike with in a week but dislike the fact the it already has some scratches and paint dent. Also very fast bike so far reach 30 mph. Love the bike..

Spent most the day assembling the bike adding fenders and lights/ mirror but I think me, and this bike are going to become good friends. Easy to ride at slow speeds and goes 35 mph plus and that's faster than I will use on the trails. I took the fenders that came on the bike and made mud flaps with them on the new full fenders to keep the mud off the electronics that are mounted on the frame facing the front tire?But I do like this bike as it has plenty of power with or without peddles. AND QUIET just a wrrrrrr

I really like this bike. It is fun to ride. My biggest disappointment is that every time I go for a ride the bike loses power 2-4 times. I have to turn the assist to 0 and then back to 1. I usually ride with the assist at 1. There appears to be no reason why the bike loses power. This is not normal. My husband has the same model. He got his 7 months before me and has no problems. I emailed the company and have received no response. Again, I am very disappointed. Not sure if I should return the ebike. Hoping there might be an easy fix if someone would get back to me.
