Great for small electronic projects needing reduced voltage
I have a few ESP32 projects (eg hot water monitor) where I did not want to use a battery. I had access to 12 or 24 volt power and these have done the trick in providing stable power to an ESP32 and to a cooling fan. I run the fan at 10v so it is nice and quiet. The ESP32 needs 5v and it gets that all day long. They have all been running without a hitch.

Adjust output before connection.
Marvelous little device for dropping the input DC voltage. There is a small screw that sets the output voltage to the required level, the default shipped position appears to be set at maximum, i.e. the same as the supply voltage. Adjust as necessary using a voltmeter before applying output. Excellent.
