I'm back from my first 2 days of walking with these, in 2 different pairs of shoes. Prior to getting these, I have PF so bad that I could only wear my special $120 PF sneakers that were ugly, if I wanted to walk anywhere I had to wear them. I noticed I was compensating for my back and foot pain by limping and wound up irritating one hip. Ugh!!These inserts arrived and I threw them into my cowboy boots and went to the grocery store. I FORGOT I WAS WEARING THEM, I FORGOT I HAD PF. For one glorious trip to the store, I was pain free in my feet. So the next day I had a day long shopping trip planned with my friend, threw these into my walking shoes and went. Again, we were halfway through the day until I realized my feet didn't hurt!! My back and hip were even cool with spending the whole day walking, bending, carrying bags. (I have a spinal injury that makes every day life sh*t, but with these inserts at least my foot pain didn't add to it, and I was able to stand + walk normally, which I think helped my back and hip not become irritated as they normally would have been).TLDR: I will be ordering a pair for every pair of shoes I own. :-)UPDATE: I now have a pair of these in every pair of shoes and boots I own. They are awesome! very very happy. I wish I could figure out a way to put this in sandals too

Public Announcement: I have that flattest feet & no arch. I also have Siactica & Scoliosis,if u don't know what that means (curve of the spine) so back pain is a daily struggle with me. Since I have purchased these inserts,about a week ago. I have absolutely not,had any back discomfort while walking with these insoles. U can think what u want about this review. No one is paying me,I want people like me who are experiencing foot pain,back pain & heel. To know that these is the insoles to purchase. Viva los VIVE😂

I've used professionally made $500 orthotics for many years. My financial situation changed and my professionally made orthotics broke and I continued using them until my knee went out and I needed an injection so I could walk. After several weeks for my knee to heal I knew I had learned the hard way that wearing broken orthotics wasn't a good idea. I have arthritis throughout my body and plantar fasciitis and I can't walk at all without orthotics, so the hunt for something less expensive that gave me the support I needed was on. On a doctor visit I happened to ask the receptionist if she knew anything about getting custom orthotics, and she told me about orthotics on Amazon! Who knew! I've tried a couple different brands and ViveSole has the firm arch support I need. I find these run a bit large (long and wide) for my walking shoes, whereas other brands I tried fit perfectly. But I shove them in and I'm able to use them in my medium width shoes. When my feel swell even slightly the orthotics make the shoes uncomfortable. The only way to get some relief is to take off my shoes for a while. The way these are made you can't really cut down the width, and I would love to see a slightly narrower and better fit, perhaps label these "wide" and make a true "medium" fit orthotic option.

Just what I was looking for. At first I thought they were too firm for my feet, but it just felt that way because I had been walking improperly my entire life. Now that my feet have adjusted to proper alignment they feel better than they ever have!Also I'd just like to address some of these negative reviews I read. INSOLES ARE NOT A LIFETIME PRODUCT. I read one where somebody said their pair degraded after 2 months of using them everyday (even while working out). Of course this much use is going to wear your insoles down... hence the 60 day warranty. Don't let these simpletons stop you from purchasing an excellent product!

I'm a big guy and I like to keep moving. I found these when I was working in a big-box store poured concrete floors. Those floors were killing my knees and back -- even though I had great running shoes to cushion my steps. They were good but not enough. I did my homework and found these and they made all the difference. These inserted into my running shoes made a winning combo. And they are a huge improvement over the well-advertised gel insert; gellin' didn't do jack for me.Better than my words are my actions. I wear these things until they're done. And I just ordered my 3 & 4th pairs. By the way, I don't know if they do this for everyone, but they inserted a coupon in the package with pair #3 that saved me 15% on pair #4.LOVE THESE!

I had reconstructive surgery on my ankle and foot, and I had to stay off of my foot for the first three months. So, when the surgeon finally told me I can start walking, he provided $75.00 insoles to insert in shoes I will wear each day. Well, I got tired of playing musical inserts, so, I purchased these "VIVE Health, Insoles", for less than $15.00, and I am ready to purchase a few more, because they work exceptionally well. Honestly, I scolded my orthopedic surgeon, for selling the $75.00 ones to me, plus I suggested, he should look into the option of giving his patients the options to choose one of the two.No one asked me to review this product, I am just soooo satisfied with it, I thought I should pass it on.Thanks Amazon, and "VIVE Health"!

I really wanted to like these and to benefit from the description. I did my best to wear them as much as possible and break them in. No matter what I did, the discomfort from these inserts only made things worse with each passing day. It got so bad my feet were cramping after only a few minutes of wearing them. I tried them in different shoes, but with no luck. I even had someone try them to see if it was something wrong with me or my feet. They were able to describe the same discomfort I felt and I did not give them any hint of how I felt about them. I gave up after the 8th or 9th day and just couldn't take it any more. I had to return these because they were just too painful and I felt no benefit at all.
