is there only hip, knee ones?

These protectors are universal for all joints (hip, knee, elbow, and shoulder). We include two different sizes that work well for most people for a full upper body set or full lower body set (hip + knee or elbow + shoulder). But any of the armor can be used in whichever pocket it fits!

Do these fit in Bilt women’s pants? Small+large or extra small?

These are very small pads. A have a few jackets where they simply don't work because they just flop around in the pouches. I'm not familiar with the Bilt brand but I did a quick search and took a close look at the pads they come with, it looks like these might be a little too small but only barely. I would say give it a try. Worst case scenario, you have to add some material to the bottom to make sure they actually reach your knees. The hip pads don't look like they'll be a problem

Can these be cut down to fit the hip pocket?

The smaller protector of the two (if you order Large + Small) is designed to fit into the hip or shoulder pockets comfortably. You can trim them down if needed and still retain level 2 impact protection. If you measure your pocket and they still won't fit, I'd go for the smaller size option set of 4 Extra-Small. They are 5 1/4 in. wide (at widest point) and 8 in. long
