I would have though the hot end would have at least been cleaned out. Maybe a new nozzle? Nope. Absolutely rubbish. I probably could have got past the nozzle part, but having plastic oozing out of the heat break connection is a little too far.

The hot end on the FLSUN Q5 is cheaply made. It looks nice but after a few dozen prints it will fail. I replaced it with the UniTak 3D V5 . It's not an exact replacement. I had to mill off A LITTLE of the opposite sides of the heat sink fins to get it to fit between the two fans. It could have been done with a jewelers saw or even carefully with a hacksaw, possibly even filed away but I had access to a mill of sorts so I did it that way. Also two tiny holes need to be drilled into the bottom fin. Make sure the flat sides you just cut are aligned properly between the fans before you mark the holes or just have a couple of extra holes. Don't cut off too much fin as they must cover those tiny mounting holes.

Printing like new on my Chiron, ordering a new one for my second Chiron too. Recommended
