It does the job admirably. The pulse reading agrees with 2 other monitoring machines so that leads me to believe the Oxygen saturation of my blood is correct. There was a reported problem that it doesn't work quite right for others of other ethnic genders because of skin colour. Don't know if this has been sorted out yet.

The battery input is backwards. You have to put the plus into a spring. And the 2 springs are on same side. It doesn't illuminate bright so you can't see the figures properly. Waste of money

Works fine, but it does need alkaline batteries, doesnt work with other kinds of AAA, took me a while to figure that out, which is why i am rating a little lower. Its OK, not as well made as some other brands i have tried.However it doesnt work with children; fine for an adult finger, but smaller fingers apparently dont work, tried several children. [this may be true for other brands as well, but i didnt check].

Doesn’t work well if your hands are cold

when I received this product, the cardboard envelope was damaged as it was left out in the weather.I had left additional instructions due to the bad weather conditions for the delivery person which where not carried out, this resulted in the package which was in an overlarge envelope to get blown about for which I had to search for and as stated the envelope had water damage.The product itself works as described.

This monitor works well and is easy to understand and use. Excellent value for money.

I've been using this on my mum who has COPD on & off since we purchased it and today a doctor gave us a proper one, which showed that this one is very inaccurate, whis is very serious when you need it for a serious reason. Don't bother buying this dangerous device.
