These are awesome for acclimating to altitude!! Love this product!!!! I keep a bottle in my ski coat!!!

It feels empty but there is air.
This little can helps me breathe in between my daily inhaler meditation. It felt completely empty like others said, and the can itself had it on the side. But this little thing works. You just have to be sure to use the mouth piece properly and that it seals around your mouth. All in all great product.
