Directions on taking band off
I had been changing bands and charging the watch for months. Then I decided to review the instructions and found out I was taking the band off incorrectly. Wanting to make sure to care for the watch appropriately, I followed the instructions and broke the watch band. I was furious but it was too late to return it as months had passed by.

Broken after 4 months
I like the features of this watch and functionality, but the place where the tracker attaches to the band broke after only four months of use.Update: After contacting the company, they replaced the broken tracker at no cost. Updated to 4 stars for great customer service.

Overall good but....
I like the different features and I have finally figured out the app. The only issue I have is the screen scratches so easily that now I can barely read the bottom. I wish this was scratch resistant. It looked old by the 2nd day when the first scratch appeared. Now it just looks like I took to the ground and rubbed viciously. I have no idea why a watch that is for active wear would be so delicate.

Not that great, but I wasn't looking for fancy
The blood pressure measurements are too low, the steps are too high with the movements of my wrist, and there aren't many choices for watch faces. Otherwise, it's not too bad for a "smart watch" that is about the same price as a simple wrist watch. If you're looking for all the bells and whistles of the typical smart watch for fitness, this isn't really going to be your best choice. If you want the time and a rough estimate of your vitals, this will do.
