Unifive Audio Cable Replacement Cord For Bose QC15 QuietComfort 15 Headphone W/ IN-LINE MIC and Remote(BQ15-C2)

I've had my QC 15 set for almost ten years, and use them regularly, so they've seen their share of wear. The earcup foam was the first to go, which I replaced a couple of years ago, and finally decided to replace the cable, which had been slipping from both ends, revealing the wires and had to often push the plastic lining to try and cover them. At the worst of times, the connection was faulty and started introducing connectivity issues. I was surprised to see this product at an affordable price (especially compared with upgrading the entire headset) so I thought I'd give it a try.My biggest pro is that the cable itself is thicker than the original, which sounds like a bad thing, but if you have a QC15 set you know it's *too* thin. It feels sturdier and less twisty, so hopefully a long life awaits.My only complaint is that the headphone side plug (the end that goes into the left ear cup) is not 100% flush with the rest of the shell, and the material is slightly different. It's only an aesthetic problem, so I'm not concerned.

The quality of the cable is too good comparing the original one. The socket was perfectly fitting to my QC 15.People can hear me good . Mic works good.Overall the quality of this cable is awesome for this price.

The quality build seems fine, the sound is also clear. This product would be great value for money if it wasn't for the fact both the original one I was sent, and the replacement, were faulty. The audio channels were reversed, meaning that the chords must have been manufactured incorrectly.If you dont care about this, this product is fine. For someone such as myself, who has peripheries and works in video production, this is simply unacceptable. Its the only function a headphone chord has to get right, to deliver the input to the correct output, and it cant do it.I searched online and checked with other devices to see if it was user error, but I got the same result.Seeing as I had the same issue with my replacement, I have little faith that a third replacement would resolve the issue. As such, dont cant really give this product anything other than a 1 star seeing as it cant deliver on the one thing it is meant to do.

It fits the Bose headphones well, and sounds good. The cable is a bit thicker and less flexible than the original, but I don't mind that.

My puppy chewed my Bose QC 15 cord and chewed on the case. I didn't think to get a replacement cord. picked up new headphones on Prime Day 2019. It was after the new head phones arrived that it dawned on me to search Amazon for a replacement cord for the Bose QC 15. I found these. They work!!!!!! The head phones themselves are not damaged and worked just fine when I plugged in the new cord. I will check back in a few months time and post a review to see if this cord is still working. For less than $15 if these hold up, I have saved a lot of money.

they are about 12" shorter than the original, but much thicker cable. The original cable began to fray. Had these for a few months now. Love them.

I understand these wear out, that's not an issue, and I don't mind replacing it every year or 2 with a lot of use.When I received this one I plugged it into my QC15 headphones, and only got audio out for 1 ear. Upon examination, it was clear that the overmolded connector had approximately 1/16" too much plastic on it / the connector was pushed back into the overmold by that amount.Bottom line was I had to manually cut the plastic back to the correct distance to get the audio out of both ears.As an engineer, I don't have a problem doing this, but it really is a very poor quality control problem that never should have left the factory.I'd love to hear from the vendor on what they are doing to correct this problem.

The build quality of this wire is good - thick and durable. The sound itself is fine, but the left and right channels are reversed, like others have mentioned, so audio from the left plays in the right ear and vice versa.
