This eye pillow is generously sized and has a good fill. The lavender included separately is nice, but there were no directions as to how to use it...mix with the seeds inside? There was no smaller pocket in which to insert the lavender. I bought this as a replacement for another eye pillow that I loved for its silk covering. In contrast, the material on this one is not soft. I tried using it with the portable bag as a cover, but the synthetic material is no match for silk. Still, it does the trick. It's well made and blocks out all light. I have not tried to heat or cool it.

I like the size the fragrance package and the travel bag!I do wish they had refills of the fragrance packet
