I like it. Yes you have to mix this mask. Not a big deal. Less time to mix than watching a stupid video on tictoc or the like. I like the softness and smoothness it provided to my mature skin. Not sure about helping wrinkles but I can feel my skin is slightly tighter. It has a nice smell with a handy application brush. Don't need to use much to achieve nice coverage. My skin is not sensitive so i cannot attest to that aspect of the product. I would buy again.

Nothing that stands out from all the others…used a couple times and now sits next to all the other masks… I even started adding home ingredients to the powder like manuka honey, drop of raw egg… then it made it better…alone just like all the others.

I’m not usually a big fan of powder masks because I always get the amounts for mixing wrong. This one was pretty easy and I had more than enough for me and my boyfriend who really wanted to try it as well. I have used Juice Beauty in the past and I’m not sure if it was always Kate Hudson but I am definitely still impressed with the quality which is why I used to buy it.It’s pretty easy. Mix to a consistency that you like. Technically you can use some rose water or your fave light toner but I used water to see what the effect would be without any extras. I applied and let it dry for about 5 minutes. I think my total mask time was 8 minutes and when I rinsed it off, my face was absolutely glowing. I did have a bit of pink but my face was super hydrated. I had a really healthy glow / flush. No irritation, just pink. It’s hard to describe. I mean your face literally brightens up. There is an active ingredient in there that definitely worked for me.It comes with a little brush that works great but I also find that product waste happens unless you use a silicone spatula style mask brush. Don’t get me wrong, the brush is high quality. But you’ll want to squeeze the product out and get every last bit. This is good stuff.My boyfriend left it on for 15 minutes then rinsed off. I looked at him and he was REALLY pink. I thought, oh no! He had an allergic reaction. But no, same thing. It was super bright at first and within 20 minutes, it mellowed to a glow. He applied his usual serum immediately after and even he noticed a brightness after the pink dissipated.Not sure how to describe it. This mask works really well to give you a healthy glow. When they say revitalizing, they actually mean it. This is the first time I have really had a product do what it described to this extent. It left my skin brighter, hydrated and definitely looking better than before I applied the mask. We both had the same result.If you have super sensitive skin, don’t leave it on as long as my boyfriend did. But if you get the rosy glow, it isn’t permanent. This definitely amps up the circulation to get this effect.I love it. I would buy it again. They said revitalizing and they mean it. I actually had a visible result and a brightness that lasted all day. Beautiful mask and I would absolutely purchase this product again. Solid result. Does what it says.

I like this powder that you mix with water to make a mask. It comes with an applicator brush and though I've seen some people just use the top of the container to mix it (then dry it well), I tried a small container and then a small plastic bowl. (The directions state to use three parts of powder to one part of water.)First, I tried just doing that by eye (big mistake), then I made equal marks on my vial and added the powder and then the water into my mixing bowl. That worked much better. If you can make the mix by eye that's great, but if you might be challenged (like me), getting the mix right without winding up making too much can be rather annoying.I had to keep adding more water and more powder when I used the ‘eyeball method’ and made way too much the first time (a total waste). Anyway, maybe I'm just eyeball-challenged! The mask did dry on my face once I got the consistency right in 5 minutes. I rinsed it off the first time not thinking about the clay going down my drain. Next time I used a washcloth, let it dry a bit, then brush it off into my garbage can outside.My skin felt super soft after using it and I did wind up making it on the thick side the three times I've used it this week. It has a nice rose smell, my skin seems to like it, and has felt super soft, and if I just didn't waste so much product trying to eyeball the ratios, it would probably have lasted me for a couple of months. I think I probably have enough powder left now for another 3 or 4 weeks. Lesson learned.

I was a little confused the first few times I made this mask. I couldn’t get the ratio of powder to water correct and I made it either too thick or too watery. Either way, the application process is a bit messy. I don’t mind the brush it comes with because it feels good using it on my face, but it does hold onto a lot of product so I felt like I ended up wasting. The lid can be used as the mixing bowl which is convenient. The mask feels luxurious when it’s on, and it feels really soft and smooth when washed off. It causes a little redness but goes away after a few minutes. Overall, I like how this mask makes my skin look and feel but I don’t want to do the mixing every time.

This facial mask by Kate Hudson has all the potential to be great. But I think it’s just good! It is recommended to use a 3:1 ratio of powder to water but I found that it took me a little bit more water than that. However, 3:2 makes it too watery. So you’ll have to play with your measuring tools to see what works for you. It’s smooth in application but mine was a bit runny. It hardens as would any powder to clay mask and is ready to wash off afterwards. My skin felt clean, deep clean, and not too dry. So I would rate the effectiveness a 4.5. Let’s talk packaging: for some reason I had to get a 6’3, 220 lb man to open this tiny jar! I mean….he had to use pliers. What on earth???? I couldn’t believe how hermetically sealed this jar was. I guess that’s better than the opposite where all the contents are gone before you get it, but sheesh! That would ruin my girls nite. Lol. The bottle is adorable and it even comes with it’s own application brush to sweep on the mask. I like it. With a little fine tuning, it could be a real love!
