I previously had a external batter for iPhone 12 plus pro and it was great. This product is definitely better as far as being slimmer batter. The only problem I have is when your phone is low on power to charge it you have to have the external battery turn on and then plug your charger up to charge the phone. If not it will only charge the external battery which is very weird. Also, it doesn’t recognize when you plug to your car for any CarPlay. **VERY DISSAPOINTING**Just got the replacement. I am doing a review but I hope it last at least a year.

Great charger. great battery life, nice style, easy to hold, good quality. only wish you could connect the phone in this charger case to your lightning cords and connect the phone to carplay or lightning headphones. it won't allow those functions. overall a great case to travel with.

Case will charge phone while it charging case but once case is charged, it will stop charging the phone too.Does ok with charging the phone alone but will only charge 65-70 % of the phone charge.If you are willing to charge your phone and then charge the case (double work) then this is the case for you.

I was so excited because this case is awesome and feels perfect on the hand. It’s a 1star because the battery will not charge right after 48hrs of use. Would be a perfect case if the battery worked!!! Will be returning

Doesn’t work with CarPlay. I can take my phone out of the case and plug it in with the same cable and CarPlay works fine. I have tried multiple cables including OEM.

it worked great for 3-4 months, then stopped charging the iPhone both in the case, and wirelessly

never turned-on wont charge phone or case no led light even turn on and no replacement

I like it a lot while it was working. But it broke and now won’t charge my phone
