Comforting Pain Relief and Excellent Customer Service!
I have a problem that not many people have experienced - nerve damage due to dental implants. In spite of being on a high dosage of Gabapentin (along with anti-inflammatories), almost every day I have been in some degree of pain for over a year. While this device has not totally eliminated my pain, during the couple of weeks that I have been using it I have been able to really cut down on the additional pain meds I take. I don’t think that I can explain just how important that is to me. I have also found the additional small wand very helpful, as the pain sometimes radiates from my sinus cavity and jaw into my ear.BTW when I had a problem with the battery charger, the seller promptly communicated with me and solved my issue quickly. I was very pleased with their response.I have every reason to believe that with continued use I will get increasing benefits as the light wand continues to help with both pain relief and inflammation (so glad that this particular one has the 5 different wavelengths). While everyone’s pain and pain relief is unique to themselves, I am certainly glad to have discovered and bought this product. And, I do highly recommend this vendor. (I have not been compensated for my review in case you are wondering, as I sometimes do).

This redlight flashlight is an upgrade
I was recently introduced to red light therapy and have found it to be beneficial for me. I already own a similar flashlight red light device with which I have been perfectly happy. However, this one showed up in my recommendations and since it also had a removable tip, I decided this would be an upgrade for me.Most features of this light are comparable to what I already had. It appears to be well made and has a nice weight to it. It comes with two rechargeable batteries (only one at a time is needed) and a battery charger. There are eye protection glasses and this unit has a microfiber cloth too. This unit lacks a drawstring bag or other type of storage for it, other than the box it came packaged in.There are two things about this flashlight that I like better than the one I already had. After you power it on, you click thru the light modes using the power button. On my original unit, it went red, blue, all, pulse. Since I figure I might as well get the benefit of all the lights, I always cycle to the third mode. On this flashlight, the very first mode IS all the lights. I know it's a really small thing, but I find it satisfying to not need to cycle thru every time I turn it on - which is quite frequent since both of my units automatically power off after three minutes. The other thing I like is that this flashlight gives an audible notification when it shuts off. Since I usually use this around my face, I have my eyes closed and dark glasses on, so it's very convenient to actually hear when it shuts off.As mentioned, where this light really differs, and what enticed me to order it, was the detachable tip. In my case, I wanted to use it for my nose. I have chronic rhinitis that can be pretty terrible when my allergies are bad, or when I have a cold. The membranes in my nose get inflamed, can develop sores that scab over and are just very painful, and externally my nose can start to look bulbous - not my favorite look. It just so happened that when I ordered this I had a head cold and my nose was not in the best condition. When I use this I aim it directly at the sores, plus I put it just inside the nostril for a general treatment. While they didn't heal overnight, the pain decreased more quickly and the inflammation and sores went away faster too with several treatments a day.I am pleased with this unit and am happy that I upgraded.

Didn’t work for long
One of the battery went bad after only a month of use. How do I get support for this item?

Seems to work.
Used the blue/UV on seborrheic dermatitis cyst behind my ear. 80% reduced after one treatment.

Nice multi-wavelength light therapy device
This is a nice light therapy device. It is a multi-wavelength light torch with 5 LEDs in the red, near-infrared, infrared and blue light spectrum. It is very bright and seems to help with minor pain relief and inflammation reduction. The torch form factor is convenient and easy to use. The aluminum construction is pretty solid as well. The device is powered by a rechargeable battery (2 provided for rotation) and comes with a USB-powered charger. It has 3 light therapy modes: (1) all LEDs on, (2) red/near/infrared only, and (3) blue only. There is a pulse mode for those with skin sensitivity. It also has a 3-minute auto off timer to prevent over-heating. A pair of eye protection glasses are provided, which is a nice touch. The device comes with a light head attachment which you screw onto the head of the device (unscrew the bezel from the device first). The attachment focuses the lights at the tip for spot treatment, which is great for ear, nostrils and mouth sores. With the attachment detached, the device has a larger coverage for treating the face, hands, legs, knees, etc.The device comes well packaged in a retail hard case. Made in China. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this multi-wavelength light therapy device. It is compact, lightweight and highly portable. It seems to help with my minor joint discomfort (using the all-light mode). Only time will tell how effective it is in the long run. A little pricey though. So far so good.
