not what I expected but good
It is foam and easy to put together, so much so that my daughter didn't take a very long to get all of them together. Of course she liked that it was pretty easy but for the money, I would have preferred it be a bit more challenging so as to take up more time. It had an educational booklet to go with it so I liked that a lot and so did she. Bottomline, interesting way to learn that she won't soon forget and she has liked putting them on display in the playroom. I saw another product made by the same company and I will get for next Christmas now that I now she likes this type item.

Great educational tool
I bought this for my 6 yr old grandson. It was easy to assemble, and we had a great time turning it into a history lesson on each monument. Pieces are made from foam and go together easily. He has them all displayed and is able to explain yet monument and what it important about them. We really enjoyed this.

Lots of fun
At first, the contents of the box may seem overwhelming, but just be sure to do one monument at a time, and they turn out to be very well designed (balancing simplicity with looking pretty good once assembled). It's a fun way to teach a young one about different parts of the world. Some of them are a bit tricky and will require an adult, but there are plenty of simple tasks you can delegate to engage a young one. In summary, we had a lot of fun putting these together, and they look really good/fun put on display, showing to grandparents over video call, etc.

Educational and Fun
My kids really like these, especially the 6 year old. We study about different areas of the world and then build the monuments. They're sturdy enough that my active 6 year old hasn't broken them. I plan on reusing them a couple of years in a row. I do think certain parts are a little too floppy (it makes it hard to build with) like the Statue of Liberty's crown, but overall the quality is good.

Missing the Alamo
The USA set was nice but it had the flag for the Alamo but no Alamo. My son old loved it but was very disappointed
