Yes, on the Valterra 7301 ABS Gate Valve, you can remove the bolts and replace the valve body and/or seals.

Are the screws on the 3" gate valve stainless? I need to bury part of the valve.

Not sure they are. But I am sure it might last a few years. Still buryed. But a different option is it's not hard to go pick up some stainless screws. And change them out for your needs.
