Fantastic fire pit. Works as advertised and will last a very long time. Far superior to competition at similar price points.

So far, so good! While I haven't done the first burn yet, I can say a few things right away.To begin with, this stove is very, very heavy. It will take two people to pick up the stove, carry it to its resting place, and set it down; think something like 90 pounds of huge awkwardness, in a box perhaps 3 feet by 3 feet by 2 feet. See those tree stumps that I'm using for seating? The tree stumps are 100 pounds each; the stove is larger, by its dimensions, than any of those stumps.The stove arrived two days early to my house, a pleasant surprise!The burner plate is that piece of black solid cast iron plate at the bottom of the pit in the pictures. I still haven't figured its purpose.WELL! I cannot say enough good things, except a thousand thank yous and blessings for a lifetime!I've been outside with the fire pit every night since it arrived. I love it.Use a simple airy firestarter, like cardboard - lots of it -- or junk mail, even better, to jumpstart the fire. Then put a log or two on to stoke the flame. Within a few minutes the fire will be hot enough to take light easily with the next log, and the next after that. It really is smokeless, and I love it. The first few minutes you'll get some smoke, as the fire rises to its peak tempetature, THEN? It takes flight. Very efficient, very little ash.Final thoughts: I love it!

Works well, just a bit aggravated that the sizing is deceiving.Haven't used yet, will come back at edit review, but the advertised size leads one to believe it is 31" fire pit.....the very outside of the top trim piece is 31, but only 24" on inside of fire pit.

It is definitely smokeless, even with wood that was still a bit wet, it only smoked a bit until it got hot. It burned the wood to white ash.

I built a stone surround and dropped the insert in. It is SO efficient. Fire burns hot and clean, almost no smoke. You can clearly see the secondary burn cycle going. Highly recommended

Like the item but need the seller to send me the assembly bolts for the Burner Kit (893653).. Above rating is due to not having all parts.

Works so great, three of my friends also ordered one. I had considered the Breeo as it is made in the USA. But this US Stove is better designed! It is easy to clean with the center burner air vents being below the floor. The Breeo is segmented into 4 sections by the air vents making it 3 times harder to clean.
