I have been supplementing for over 25yrs and have used calcium ascorbate for my vitamin c source. Unfortunately that form of vitamin c has certain unwanted gastric side effects if you take an amount above your tolerance. Sometimes I wanted to take more due to either being overtrained or when I knew I was coming down with something. I could never take more than 1000mg at a time and then I would have to utilise a split throughout the day to take what I required.With this Liposomal Vitamin C not only can I take more than 1000mg at a time if I wish it causes me absolutely no negative side effects.What I also really like is the manner of delivery and the taste is outstanding, so much so that I now take a dose directly from the pipette.This is so convenient and as it happens if you make sure the pipette is empty and you fully squeeze the teat you draw up 10 drops from the bottle which works out as 500mg. I simply keep the bottle out and during the day I take between 1500 and 2000mg as I feel dependent on if I am overtrained, have lost sleep or I am working more hours etc.By far the best vitamin c that I have used and I will continue to use going forward.Another note, a bit random for me to comment on this aspect, but I feel my skin is improved!

This product is more concentrated than other liquid vitamin C. That means it is great to take on holiday, business, travel or keep with you every day so that you don't miss your vitamin C. The quality is excellent and it is liposomal, meaning it absorbs really well. Tastes fine - not acidic. With the dipper inside it is easy to add to a drink. Great product!

I liked this Vitamin C because it is pure without added sugars, sweetners or additives. It's high 2000mg dosage is ideal for those who have not taken vitamin c for a long time. It's liquid form has a tasty orange flavour and it is easy to take.

At first I thought this was a little pricey but it was worth it. Easy to use, great taste and simple. I have now brought Liposomal vit C twice and brought some for my teenage son….and guess what even he is taking it so it’s a win for me.

If you looking for good vitamins the best ones are the liquid ones. I bought this 3 times already, very good for the winter season, good for your body , skin. And the taste is not bad . I like to drink it as it is . The only down side is the pump and the 40 drops.

I bought this to try and give my immune system a superboost. I read a few reviews of different liposomal vitamin c and decided on this one. I loved the flavour which is hard to describe but I'd say it's a sweet but tart irony orange taste. It's not thick or gloopy, is very fluid and easy to swallow. I worked out how many pumps corresponded to 40 drops so I didn't have to count everytime. I would definitely purchase size again as it was a very easy product to take and I became partial to the flavour and routine. My only wish is that it was a bigger bottle. It's hard to tell how much it helped my health as I made several health changes at the same time but it might also be worth noting that the month after I completed my first bottle I became pregnant.
