This stuff really works. It takes quite a while (about two months) to notice a difference, but it happens. I had not told my hairdresser that I was using it but he noticed one day and asked me if I was doing something different with my hair. He noticed my hair was a little fuller and stronger. Spoiler alert...you have to continue using it for life or your hair will be back to it's thinning if you don't continue the maintenance. I also use it with the serum.

I have just started this so I have not been on it long enough to see if it helps my thinning hair, but as a woman going through menopause, it has helped my sleep immensely. I was waking up 3 to 4 times a night and having difficulty going back to sleep, and now I am only waking once and am able to go right back to sleep. It took me awhile to finally buy this because of the price, but I will continue to do so for the sleep benefits alone. I do hope to see the hair benefits after I am on it longer. Also, I have not had any of the stomach issues mentioned in the other reviews. I feel alot more productive during the day with my improved sleep. If you are struggling through menopause, I would give this a try.

I ordered this hair growth supplement for an elderly lady friend of mine who got an excessively short haircut from a newbie beautician that almost made her look bald and was convinced by the Nutrafol advertising that the supplement would help to quickly regrow her hair. The item was delivered to her house in a few days and she began to use it. That's when she noticed that, even when taken with food, the four large capsules she had to take each day were causing her nausea. She forced them down for several weeks and experienced the nausea each time. She complained that the capsules were difficult to swallow. I told her that, since I paid for it with her debit card, I would contact the seller and request a refund to her card.That's when I learned that, despite the mention of "Free Returns", the Amazon "A to Z Guarantee" does NOT apply to this item and the seller refused to make any refund since the package had been opened and some of the capsules were used. But, how is one supposed to know if he can tolerate the various herbs in it if he does not do that? They don't offer a smaller and less expensive trial size to test to see if their product agrees with a potential buyer's digestive system. At a minimum, you will be gambling with your $85 during these inflationary times and then have to keep putting that amount out every month to see if it actually produces any noticeable hair growth after several months. And, even if it does, if you eventually get tired of that monthly expenditure and stop using it, your newly grown hair may then quickly fall out and you'll be back to square one again!So, my friend lost her Nutrafol gamble and my recommendation is that others think twice before taking the same gamble. Many people with thinning hair could have other health problems causing it which will not be corrected by this supplement. In such a case, they need to see a physician for a proper evaluation. Someone might merely have a simple vitamin/mineral deficiency that could be easily corrected by just taking a single good daily multivitamin/mineral tablet that will only cost less than a dime a day instead of about $3 a day as for Nutrafol! I read somewhere that the supplement industry has high profit margins because it can cost less than $2 to produce an entire bottle of capsules or tablets which they can then turn around and charge the customer tens of dollars for. Some of the "nutraceuticals" actually cost more than prescription drugs!It's been about a month so far and my friend says she hasn't noticed any increased regrowth of her hair. She also said that she regrets her purchase and would never buy Nutrafol again.

I believe the product works! My hair is not falling out as much. I think I am actually growing some new hair!!!

Be very cautious… Get your blood test run every once in a while. This worked for me in the beginning and then my hair continued to fall and fall and fall, but I continue to take it because I was worried that it would fall even worse if I didn’t my blood work has been consistently showing high selenium levels. My most recent were toxic levels and I’ve been having side effects as well one of them being excessive hair loss apparently selenium, toxicity causes hair, loss, fatigue, dry skin, and itchiness.

Repeat buyer. These vitamins have been effective in restoring my thinning hair. Worth the price.
