Traveling with kids is aJust hard. This was okay. No major complaints but my kids ended up not loving it. It’s always hard to try thing not knowing what will work for them. It took up less space than I thought it would which was a nice bonus but they don’t love it.

If you have a shorter neck it's not as comfortable.

I really like using this in the car. I’m not a huge fan of the material because it makes me hot after a while. And I can never quite get it situated for a perfectly comfortable fit, but overall it does the job.

My wife and I got these for a long plane ride. She preferred the turtle and I preferred this one. Both are the same concept but slightly different resistance and size so it’s worth a try if you are able to order both and decide which you like.We chose these over the around the next foam products that, after a few minutes, provided no support. These have an internal hard plastic “spring” or resistance in them that pushes back and holds my head up. Great concept… may not work for everyone.

I needed this for a long red eye flight but was too cheap to spend the $59 on the name brand version so I bought this. My friend bought the name brand version and hers was much better. Hers has a wide base to hold the head up and doesn’t dig in to your shoulder like mine did. The only way I could get mine to work was by stuffing something in the gap at the top. I will definitely be returning this for the og.

Before: I have never been able to sleep on a plane - I mean, what if the pilot needs me to take over the controls because everyone had the fish for dinner and got sick, while I had the pasta?After: We were preparing for a trip to Spain (13 hours of flying time) and I knew that I would need to sleep. I have one of those "horseshoe" type pillows that are bulky and don't really support your head, so I decided to try this travel pillow. I practiced with it at home and it seemed like it would work pretty well, in fact I let friends try it and they bought them also (five more sales for you guys, btw). Here's how it worked out:Pros: Kept my neck warm, it was freezing on the plane The fabric is soft and pretty comfortable After a few adjustments, I was actually able to sleep! ( a little, but that's me) Totally easy to pack and store, it hardly takes any roomCon: When you put the weight of your head (eight pounds, I'm told) on it, it kind of pushes into your shoulder a bit. I would suggest adding some more padding to the bottom edge. I'm actually going do that to mine. I think it will be perfect after that.So, bottom line, if the pilot needs someone to fly the plane, they will need to ask someone with one of those horseshoe pillows, because I'll be snoozing.p.s. Never eat the fish on a plane, 30,000 feet is way too far from the source.

I can’t ever sleep on planes, or in any moving vehicle. I’m not sure why but this was a game-changer. The combination of me being able to put my feet up slightly (granted, I was in a premium seat), and wearing this around my neck to support my jaw and head —- allowed me to drift off to sleep! It felt like a miracle, as I had my doubts it would work. The gentle turbulence helped too. This neck pillow allowed me to get a few hours of sleep between Chicago and Auckland - a nonstop 16-hour flight. So I was not at all as “dead on my feet” when I arrived in NZ as I imagined I would be. It really made a huge difference! I think it probably rivals the more expensive brand. This neck pillow was easy to use, easy to adjust, and very compact to pack and store.
