Craftsmanship
So to start off I did extensive research before purchasing this e-bike. With all the different brands out there and the cost of these bikes I wanted to look into all the brands and all the different features. When I ordered this bike I really like the warranty they offer straight out of the box there Warranty surpasses other competitors and the fact that they stand behind there bike. I have been riding this bike every chance I get and it has lots of power as well as very sturdy built. My son who is 9 also loves it he rides it non stop this bike is so well built I am actually considering getting him one for his birthday over all this bike is great and I would definitely buy again.

What a Great Ebike!
This is my second ebike and it's a huge improvement. The ride is awesome and I really like the color computer display. The suspension is really great. I can climb over a fairly tall bridge and am able to maintain about 16 MPH, it's a steep bridge so that is awesome! I do wish the bike came with more comprehensive instructions, but I was able to find everything I needed on line. I was able to clear up a few questions using their online chat and they were really responsive. Yes, I would buy this bike again and I recommend it to my friends.

The battery did not last long
The battery did not last long, I only put 20 miles on it now battery and the charger went bad. The sad part is its out of the warranty .

Love the bike
But I wish they would give a user manual with the bike. Took me a while to figure out how it all worked. The chat was okay but a pain to have to keep going and ask questions. I guess they figure anyone buying there bike is a pro at riding e bikes. This is my first so it was definitely a learning experience. But all in all love the bike is very much fun after you get it all figured out

Amazing E-Bike!
Goes fast, easy to handle. I haven't ridden a bike in years so I was very nervous but it is great!
