Plastic arch support with foam covering. Gives Very Good arch support.
The media could not be loaded. Fits well in the sport shoes with Lace. Not for slip in shoes.

Really good. Stiff, not for comfort but correction.
Great for correction. I have PF, and need arch correction. These are stiff which is great for support and correction. They're not soft if you're looking for comfort. You do get used to them.

Does not serve the purpose... Arch is very soft and doesn't create the impact needed...it was a waste of money for me...
