Did'nt check the product before shipping. One of the connecting bars had missing screw inside it, it cannot be screwed on to the trolley.

ORIGINAL was mega wonky - short on one corner by at least half an inch.Seller arranged free replacement - not perfect but quite usable.After reading the 5 star review and looking at the design compared to a 4 tier I own of another brand, I chose this one as it looked sturdier.THE design fault, I think, is the double welded support bars; probably just a bad batch as generally it is a lovely little trolley - enables me to move shopping, laundry etc with ease.I thought a 3 tier would be more stable than a 4.My 4 tier from another supplier has a slight design difference - only 3 of the 4 tiers have welded support bars; but the other one has a larger single weld instead of two smaller ones as with the DRM - makes the difference.Having had it for some time now I can recommend it for LIGHT moving and storage.The FAST response of the seller - FBA for the replacement as with the original - tells me they were dismayed that one of their products was faulty; so I will assume bad batch not product generally.A seller who does not try to cover up or ignore such issues is worth dealing with - such as this one.I still get some use out of the wonky one, but mostly as fixed.
