Gekauft, um damit mein M1-MacBook Air mit einer USB4/TB-Dockingstation zu verbinden. Der Gedanke war, wozu brauche ich bitteschön als Privatanwender ein zertifiziertes Kabel, welches das Doppelte kostet?Die Verbindung war äußerst instabil: Ausfälle des verkabelten Netzwerks, es wurden immer mal wieder die mit der Docking-Station verbundene Laufwerke getrennt. Dann ließ sich auf einmal das MacBook nicht mehr laden, und zwar auf allen Anschlüssen. Auch nicht mehr direkt übers Original-Netzteil. Logicboard defekt, glücklicherweise durch Apple im Rahmen der Garantie getauscht.Könnte natürlich an allem liegen? Am MacBook, an der Docking-Station, am Kabel... nach der Reparatur ging es aber direkt wieder mit den instabilen Verbindungen weiter. Also ein zertifiziertes Kabel zwischen MacBook und Docking-Station angeschlossen (um einen Defekt der Dockingstation auszuschließen) und die Verbindung ist stabil.Nicht am falschen Ende sparen, auch wenn ein zertifiziertes Kabel das Doppelte kostet... ein neues Logicboard kostet mehr! Dieses Kabel kommt direkt in den Müll, bevor es noch andere Geräte ins Jenseits schickt.

L'ho acquistato due volte, la prima volta era difettoso, restituito immediatamente. La seconda volta invece è andato tutto bene per un po', ma dopo pochissimi mesi ha iniziato a darmi problemi.Lo uso come cavo di collegamento tra il monitor esterno e il mio portatile.C'è un ritardo significativo del segnale e se il cavo viene lasciato attaccato senza che il monitor esterno sia collegato alla presa di corrente, drena la batteria del portatile. Ho inizialmente pensato fosse un problema del portatile, ma una volta eseguita la diagnostica è risultato che tutto funziona correttamente, quindi ho provato a sostituire il cavo e tutto ha ripreso a funzionare alla perfezione.Ho segnalato all'assistenza l'accaduto e spero che mi risarciscano, perché un cavo così, anche se me lo sostituissero, preferirei non usarlo.

This cable works fine for me but what I really like is the way its properties are printed on the connectors. This is so much better than all the other cables I have with different ratings for power, data, and video and no way of telling the difference.I use this cable to connect my notebook to a docking station which charges my computer and connects it to two monitors, a couple of cameras, and several other peripherals. It handles that load without any problems.

The outer sheath of this cable is too large for anything that has a recessed TB 3/4 port and is larger than other brands here on Amazon.The cable works fine other than that, but I've had to return it.

Das Kabel (wurde in einer Kabelbox verlegt und dort verwendet) ist bereits nach 1 1/2 Monaten Nutzung von heute auf morgen defekt. Weder Strom noch Daten können übertragen werden.Das Kabel hat anfangs einen super Eindruck seitens der Wertigkeit und Funktionalität gemacht. Preislich super. Evtl habe ich ein Montagsstück erwischt, allerdings werde ich mir ein neues von einem anderen Hersteller ordern.
