Great product, have used them in three of my enclosures. Keeps a very consistent temp and has last almost a year.

I like this UVB light. The distance to provide sufficient UVB is great however ( I own 12 of these bulbs 80 to 100 watt bulbs ) , the basking temperature is not sufficient. ? ( too low).To lower the distance to provide the desired proper basking temperatures is far too close for the amount of DVB amount of light.Your Bearded Dragon will have too much DVB ‘ sun-burn ‘ . The color of K temperature is about 5500 kelvin, which is a yellowish color and the basking temperatures will be far too low. I have noticed a discolored haze on the inside of several of the bulb’s glasses after only 3 months ( they advertise one year of acceptable performance ); they are very expensive.. The elements have changed colors , prematurely, that may indicate a breaking down of the multi-elements . ( Many times the internal ballest have shut the light off )These lights may advertise the best of all light sources but, I am going to divert to providing proper basking-no visible heating elements ( day and night heating ) combined with Arcadia daytime DVA/B T5-12 during the daytime DVB daytime .These bulbs advertise the best of all choices.However, basking temperatures are too low, any closer will ‘sunburn’ Beardies, and the inside bulbs’ glasses will exhibit an unusual haze.I will be contacting the seller to send me a refund for all of my purchases .
