Love it. Easy to heat up in the microwave. Holds heat great ! No hot spots. Very great and amazing stone! Amazing quality !!!!

Our massage therapists love these stones. They retain heat well, but do not get so hot that they burn their hands while using them. The preferred method of heating them is in a high-dollar heating pad, which we have, but I would not order again. It was close to $100 and melted to itself after just a few uses. It turns itself off ever hour and is just a real pain.

I have varicose vein in my left leg area. It's not bad at all and I feel my vein problem will go away probably around 2-3 months. It is awesome. Microwave for about a minute, wrap up in a towel and going back and forth. My vein doesn't hurt at all and I avoid fried food and soda.

It's bigger than I expected. It works great-- just microwave for 30 seconds or so and you are ready to go!
