Great taste
This is AMAZING and very easy to make....I consider it a GAME CHANGER!!!!!Plus I no longer have to get out my vitamix just to make a batch of curd

GREAT MERINGUE POWDER!
LOVE this meringue powder! Never have had any issues out of my royal icing. I will say I do not use the recipe on the back of the bag, and I’ve never tried it. But I use it for my royal icing and my buttercream for my cakes.It has a good texture, not gritty but also not overly powdery like a big box brand that starts with W.The price is a little more than some you can get but trust me, it’s worth it! It creates a great royal icing/buttercream that your customers will LOVE!

This worked great for making sugar skulls and royal icing. Loved the hint of vanilla. Will definitely buy again.

It is good quality meringue powder
The quality of the product itself is great. The meringue powder works wonders for icing, baked treats, etc. The only issues I have is with the packaging, the powder was in the seal and above the zip lock part of the bag. And the bag broke when I first opened it unfortunately. I'm not sure if I just got a bad bag or if they're all like this. I transfered it to a different container to retain freshness. Everything else about the product is great though.

The best! Use this every time!
I’ve been doing royal icing decorated sugar cookies for about a year now. I landed on Judee’s after trying Wilton and I have never had to try another. This meringue powder has the best taste and makes my Royal icing delicious. It is easy to work with and I never have issues. I also get a great “puff” with this! Will never change!!
