My husband picked it up to move it and it shattered unexpectedly. We love the look, but apparently it is far more fragile than originally anticipated. We bought three different sizes of LED mirrors and this one broke during transition. We didn't open the package within return period. When we opened the box the mirror was broken and we requested a return and exchange. The customer service was prompt about it and send the replacement right away with a tracking number provided. They not only provided great products also the services! Beautiful and modern finishes in my three bathrooms newly remodeled! Highly recommend it!

I was worried about these mirrors arriving damaged, due to the large size. However, once they arrived there were holes and scrapes on each box but the mirrors were packaged so well that they weren’t damaged ! We have them installed and they are absolutely awesome !! I love that you can hold down the button to turn the blue light off when the mirror is off.

It’s so beautiful and perfect for make up but also great when my husband shaves. It adds so much to your bathroom. Mine was cracked in the corner so waiting on a replacement but will definitely buy again if we redo any other bathrooms. I got the 55” for a 60” vanity and that worked well.

Bought the mirror for our bathroom renovation project and love it! Was worried if it would arrive damaged but It was packaged really well (in a wood frame) and arrived in tact. It's not the easiest to install as the contractor needed to add another wood beam for hanging in order to ensure the weight is sustained. We hard wired and it remembers the previous setting upon turning on.

It’s a lovely mirror. I bought it for my vanity. It is beautiful. They lights could be a bit brighter. Other than that, I have no complaints. Easy to install and overall a beautiful product.
