If any of you have ever had a callous on the ball of your foot, then you understand how painful they can be! I found these for my own personal use and they are PERFECT! The padding, size, and adhesive, are all excellent, as is the quality!I am a Football Coach, and although Basketball Players are more likely to develop these, I have used this on several players! I find often times when a player buys a new pair of spikes, they will have the break-in period that puts pressure on the Ball of the foot…….we will place one of these where the pain is coming from, with the hole over the source of the pain. This allows the pressure to be taken off of the painful spot, and allow the player to be able to play @ full strength while the painful area can heal!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

So many sheets of these pads and I wondered why so many. I have used numerous of these pads as they would not be good wet in shower. I find them comfy and easy to dispose of.

I actually bought this for a planter wart. The only things that would actually stick to my foot were the doctor shows planters work cushion and salicylic acid. But I recently got upgraded to pharmacy grade plenters wart removal drops. Anybody who's ever used any of this stuff knows that it like kills the skin around it and it totally raises up your wart. And it makes it a little difficult to walk around. I use these to go around the Band-Aid and then during the day I use these with a KT tape portion over it just to kind of cover the hole, but I really needed the extra cushioning. These are great. They will stay on without the KT tape. They stick super duper well I just wanted it to cover over to keep it clean during the day. I could have used a smaller patch but it will pick up little things. I love. Love them and would 100% by again. The hole in the center is the perfect shape to give cushioning to your heel while it's healing

I would say that the adhesive is strong on these pads and if you have thin or sensitive skin be aware. I've experienced pulled to open breaks when removing

I had a itty-bitty tiny flat mole cut out on the bottom of my foot. Doctor told me to get some corn Band-Aids to put around it so I'm able to walk on it. I found these, nice and big to cover around all my stitches (I had to cut the whole a little bigger) and I doubled them up, great padding! So.... Everyone USE SUNSCREEN and don't forget the bottom of your feet. Who would've thought?

Can wear for a week if you wish

Good pad best I have tried so far, I have a corn/ callus that can be a real pain and discomfort. This pad works well adhesive seems strong but have not showered with it on yet but first day wearing has been good.
