Diane 9" Thick Rat Tail Comb, Bone/Black

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. A solid rat tail comb. Not flimsy like others I’ve purchased in the past.

Love it, use it every day. Perfect for separating hair to curl or straighten.

I was expecting black, but recieved the orangish-brown one. So far, it seems just fine, and for the price, it's alright. I'll come back and update this review a month from now, and see how this comb truly measures up against thick, kinkier hair.

These combs are a great deal on Amazon. I tried to make them a better deal buy purchasing them from Essential Trends. They sent me rainbow colored horse combs that were physically to big for the human head. They were slow to reply, however they did a refund for both the item and the shipping. I have now repurchased them from Amazon directly and received the correct item shown in the pictures in black and brown. All that being said, lets now review the comb. My wife likes these more than standard combs because the work better for longer hair such as many females have. They also work great in a lot of different styling techniques. Why now would I buy 12 of them? It does save some money as these comb run around $2 or more at your local store (except the dollar store they are at the price you could imagine). I also get the added benefit of forgoing any more complaining about a broken comb from my wife for around 50 years. The product is 5 stars, the one star knock is for the purchasing issues described above.

So many combs are flimsy and bendable. Not this one! It's very sturdy.

I thought the comb was going to be black. Instead I received a tan color. The end of the comb is much thicker than I had expected which makes it hard to part your hair and get the smaller pieces separated.

The handle of this comb is perfect for styling without being too sharp against the scalp. I'm so glad I finally found it!

Gets the job done. I messed it up a little using my flat iron with it, but only like one or two teeth on it got ever so slightly curved. Not even enough to notice at first glance. Good comb overall.

RIPPED OFF....Very disappointed with this perchase, over price plastic comb, and not at all what I had hoped for. I will NEVER order from this supplier again. Misrepresentation and poor quality, I can not believe they charge this much for something I could have gotten in Toronto for $1.99 Canadian. Live and learn....

The comb came in time a piece of plastic nothing like the one in the picture,very disappointed !!!
