Like the other reviews, I needed to provide my own screws. The ones that come with the product are just very flimsy and small. When I go to close the lid from a bench to a lid, it doesn’t fit because the slats were cut too long to fit around the bar for the awning easy fix though my son loves the sandbox even with the few flaws. it’s a nice product. It smells great, and once it’s all put together with the sand in it is very sturdy I use 300 pounds of sand it could’ve taken more, but there was no need to put any more in there

Ok design could use stronger supports for the top and better rain proofing

The instructions had some typos but the illustrations where great and were able figure could determine assembly. The product is real wood (not partical board) and assembles easily and looks great. The folding seats allow the sand box to be covered when not in use. A good quality product for use by 3-8 year old grandchildren approved by grandparents, parents and Most Importantly Grandchildren!

It is okay for the time the children will use it. The instructions were very hard to follow and I’m usually pretty good at building things. And it was missing screws. Wood also began to break when screwing screws in due to quality of wood. Overall I’d give it a 3/5 stars.

I’m not one to typically complain.. but it’s been about a month since we finally set this box up.(I purchased it in February ish??? For my son’s 1st bday in April. Wanted to wait till warmer to set it up)Well it rained for a week I had the canopy down and did my best but the canopy doesn’t protect the box at all!So next time I opened it up the wood is molded !!The bottom doesn’t attach so it’s easy access.Tonight I went out to the box and BUGS were everywhere! My son cannot play in this box!! I’m going to have to figure out how to get these bugs out. But for almost 200 dollars between the box and the sand to fill it. I’m furious!!! He can’t safely play! I wish I would have just gotten a cheap plastic 50 bucks on one and the kid would have at the VERY least protected the sand.It LOOKS beautiful. That’s IT. so so so dissatisfying. I would NEVER recommend this to be purchased. Which again I hate to be critical but it is just the truth!!

So cute, my two year old loves it! The product was easy to put together, we didn't have any issues at all. The only thing I have noticed is it's sometimes hard to get the roof up with only one person. Other than that it is an awesome product.

The media could not be loaded. Overall, the materials are very lightweight and the engineering is mediocre at best. I had to find my own screws for one of the first parts of assembly Where You Are securing the three separate box rectangles one on top of the other. The supplied screws were decidedly too short and had no bite. Most of the pre drilled holes allow the provided screws almost no bite which makes the assembled product particularly susceptible to damage. Last but not least, ignore the size of the children in their photographs. It is much smaller than it appears in the photos and those children are either midgets or it has been photoshopped and I'm pretty certain it's the latter. My 3-year-old daughter stands up in the sand and her head is pretty much touching the top of the canopy.

We bought this sandbox for my grandson's birthday. He & the rest of my grands (9,6 & 2) love it! We have had it almost2 years and have had no issues with it. My husband put it together very quickly too. I would definitely buy again!
