EuroGraphics WWII War Ships 1000 Piece Puzzle (6000-0133)

I like the historic subject matter. The backing could be better but is adequate. I would rate this puzzle in the difficult category. If I were to make a suggestion to Eurographics, it would be to include a larger print picture of the ships. The print is nearly unreadable. I do recommend this puzzle and manufacture to any serious puzzle person.

Package came sealed with packaging tape…not manufacturer plastic shrink wrap. Puzzle pieces were in what looked like a manufacturer’s plastic bag however this too was already ripped open taped closed with two pieces scotch tape. No idea if all the pieces are actually in the bag and I am not going to spend over $20 and hours of time to figure out if they are in fact all there

Great brand, but this puzzle came with an extra piece. Unfortunately for someone else, they are probably missing a piece.Also,and I know this is pedantic, the USS Midway was not a WWII carrier, as it was commissioned post-war. The image also has jets onboard.

This was a gift. The recipient has told me it is a difficult puzzle because of the blue ocean-like areas between the ships. He likes it but I will probably aim for a puzzle with fewer than 1000 pieces next time. BTW: The 2 star rating I gave on 'Easy to assemble' is about the difficulty of the puzzle, not the fit. The fit is just fine.

This puzzle will match well with my WWII aircraft puzzle I completed a year ago. They both are going to hang in my I Love Me room with all of my military awards and citations and artifacts. I'm a Retired Army First Sargent who enjoyed all 22 years of my military career. Later on I will look for "Modern" military equipment puzzles to off set these first two.This puzzle, "WWII Warships" is taking a bit longer to complete, because the colors of some of the hulls are basically the same. Other than that I am enjoying working on it.

Took time to assemble which is what you want in a puzzle. Good therapy.

Very difficult puzzle. Pieces are very small and hard to put together. I never thought the pieces would all fit together but at the end the finally did. Need a smooth surface to work on because you have to push and pull to get the pieces in place. I was missing ONE piece, but I may have lost it myself.

Missing a piece from the box. I finished this entire puzzle and either lost it one piece or never came in package. Smh

Bought as a gift for my partner. He loves it. Says its well made, good quality, a challenge to do (that's the whole point) and a great design.

Quite a challenge. The quirky shapes made it very interesting . Very grey! Surprised that so many ships were USA only a couple UK.
