Great for use in baking cookies. I use these once a week to bake cookies. No stick! Just wipe them off when cookies are done! No need to really wash them all the time!

The only thing I use these for is baking cookies and they do a really good job. My cookies don't stick and, they don't spread as much as they did before I started using these mats. I have 5 cookie sheets that are only used for cookies, so I decided to just keep the mats on the sheets. I first washed my cookie sheets, dried them and then put a mat on each sheet. I store the cookie sheets each with its own mat in place so I don't have to find someplace to store the mats. Now, after I'm done baking, I just wipe each mat off with warm soapy water, dry the mat and that's it. I'm ready for the next time I bake cookies. Great product!

I bought these to bake cookies (all kinds but especially chocolate chip and sugar cookies). I was using way too much parchment paper and I finally ordered my baking mats (that I had wanted for years, mind you!). My cookies turn out perfect! Crisp edges and soft, chewy centers. I’ve baked chocolate chip cookies about 10 times now using the mats and I LOVE THEM!! When I have leftover cookie dough, I use a cookie scoop and fill a mat (on a baking sheet) with dough and place them straight into the freezer to use at a later time. The cookies come straight off the mat after they are frozen and I either store them in another container or place them on my mat to thaw a bit and then pop them in the oven. Easy peasy. Why, oh, why did I wait so long to get them!!

Edited 11 October 2019: I've thrown one away because it just was too difficult to clean. The other one is on probation. I'd only recommend these for non-greasy foods. If you cook anything greasy on them, like baked chicken wings, they are ridiculously hard to clean. Try as I might, I scrub the heck out of these things, wipe them dry, and later, when I pull them out of the drawer to use again, they're slimy and greasy feeling. I'm not sure but at this point I'm thinking about going back to the nonstick aluminum foil. These are great for baking. As long as I'm not cooking anything too oily or greasy, I use them all the time. Keeps me from using a lot of aluminum foil and keeps the pan underneath from getting too dirty. Anything really greasy will cause grease to leak through so keep that in mind. Cleanup is easy. You do have to wash them with soap, though, and not just rinse them off.

Just amazing! This is my second time buying them. I bought the other ones two years ago and now I'm finally ready for another clean set. These are such a game-changer with cooking/baking because absolutely nothing sticks. I can't tell you how many times I've use parchment paper only to find out the food stuck to it and here I am peeling paper off !! I make a lot of low carb options including cheese chips. These are the mats you want to make those! I didn't clean them as well as I should and I held up for 2 years. They still have plenty more life,but they're just pretty dark at this point. Dishwasher safe. So worth the money, and you get two! Buy these now

These are much sturdier than the previous silicone baking mat we had before. Sizing fits a standard baking sheet. They clean up easy and are a nice reusable alternative than wasting foil every time I want to roast some vegetables or potatoes. And these are a good price for a 2-pack. Would highly recommend.

I live these. Everything comes of easily. Nothing sticks. When you first get them they smell like chemicals. But once you wash and have used them a couple times they are all good. I would definitely recommend these.
