They are heavy duty, great quality, easy to clean, very shiny, I love everything about them! I use them constantly and would definitely buy them again, and recommend this brand!

I like these pans. Quality is good. I like the racks that come with them. I use the racks for cooling bread and cookies. I have also used racks for putting my fried food on. The only thing I don't like is the ridges in the pans because they make it impossible for baking cookies. You don't want to scrub these pans with harsh materials. The pans are good for baking meat patties or chicken because of the ridges.

The 12 x 9 baking sheet did not warp at 425 for 20 minutes. *Update: After 1 year of almost daily use in the toaster oven the baking sheets look brand new and perform excellently! I have used the sheets at temps of 450 for 20 minutes. I think that the shiny finish prevents food from sticking. Even burnt on food pops off or wipes off easily after soaking for 10 minutes.

Love how sturdy the cooling racks are. They fit perfectly in the baking sheet. Another favorite part of these is they don't twist and pop in the oven, they are very sturdy. First thing I made was bacon and this was the most perfect way I've ever made bacon! I don't have a dishwasher but these weren't any harder to clean than any of my other baking sheets. As most other reviews have said, I'm not a huge fan of the ridges in the sheet. But I feel it did help keep the bacon grease from spilling. Also I made a couple different types of cookies and, maybe since I use parchment paper, the ridges in the pan didn't affect how the cookies turned out. You can't even tell I didn't use my normal cookie sheets.

These work great and so far they haven't warped under 350° temps. Clean up is easy.

Looking for a pan for the toaster oven with a rack for making baked potatoes and cooking meats we want complete air circulation for. Love these pans. Clean up is easy and even the racks clean up great with a sink brush. Would definitely purchase again.
