After reading about saffron, I was anxious to try it. I do notice a difference in my stamina and I feel a lot calmer. Nothing magical just normal the way I should feel. I also recommended this to my sister and my son.

I don’t know how they work but they do. I’m going thru some rough times. If I don’t take these there’s a noticeable dip in my mood. Or sometimes I catch myself feeling horrible and realize I haven’t taken them for the day. Taking more than one per day doesn’t feel better than taking one, meaning taking more has no effect. Maybe if my life improves I can use these to feel amazing instead of just ok. I’m afraid of taking rx antidepressants so I take these instead

The best saffron supplement I've used! I love it! Really helps to lift my mood and I can tell when I miss a dose. It's also a great value! Good company. I use many of their supplements.

I bought this Saffron extract to treat my depression and suppress my appetite. In my anecdotal experience, this did not make any changes to either of those issues. This supplement gave me side effects. I felt spacey, and disassociated throughout the day. I even tried taking it before sleep and I had the same spaced out experience the following day.
