Love the dual shocks! Great Customer Service!
Dual shocks are worth the extra money. Some screws were loose and others missing plus I had a problem with the controller module not working but customer service was right on top of it for me and now the bike runs great and I have all the screws! Thanks Massimo Customer Service!!

Do not buy!
Do not buy!Massimo has poor performance, quality control and worse customer service.I have reported the dangerous routing of the brake cable and loss of power to customer service with no response. The edisplay is horrible to set up and still does not function properly in the few months I have had it.Very inconsistent operation. It goes pretty well at times, but have lost power in an intersection and almost was hit by a car.So frustrating for the price paid; massimo highlights the US standards it uses.... they lie.

Great Bike!
I’ve had my Urban Runner for a week now. I was considering buying a Super 73 but couldn’t justify the $3600 I would have paid. Especially given that I’m purely using it for leisure. When I found the Urban Runner on Amazon I was pleasantly surprised. Similar looks for almost half the price. Plus it had features that the Super 73 didn’t have like the hand throttle and the ability to change speeds. The bike came well packaged, no damage. The only negative things I have to say are they need to provide more detailed instructions. I’m pretty sure I stripped the left pedal getting that on because it’s left handed screw type. If you’ve put bikes together before I’m sure you know that but the instructions didn’t say. I had the same issue with the brake cable rubbing the front wheel like some other reviewers but I fixed that easily with some zip ties. By far the biggest annoyance is that even though it’s advertised as doing 25mph it comes out of the box doing 15 mph. I found the user manual online but try as I might I still haven’t figured out how “to access all 9 gears” to reach max speed. I sent an email to the company. I’ll update this review if and when I get a response.Update: I sent the company a message through Amazon and they answered within 24 hours. If you have the user manual then you’ll understand. P05 needs to be set to 109. That’s it. That gives you access to all 9 gears. I took it to 25 mph yesterday. Crazy fun!

Update: Fantastic!
Front shock doesnt work, front hand brake is bent out of the box, bike won't go above 15 mph. I have set the p05 to 109 and p03 to 48v but wont go any faster. I reached out to support and they said its a faulty battery and to contact their tech support. I tried that and no response. Was really having high hopes. I will update if anything changes.UPDATE: instead of emailing I called and got ahold of someone right away. They were very quick to address my concerns and sent out replacement parts immediately that fixed all my issues noted before. Fantastic customer support!

Great bike, but has issues
Fun to ride, but has some issues, my throttle never worked and it was missing screws for the front fender. But the PAS works great.

Ok
Massimo E14 Ebike. Good yes, perfect noBeen looking atother bikes had to pull the trigger. Nice bike.Consa little under powered with the 500 Watt motor & 200lb rider. Some Front Fender screws Loose in box. 1 year update 1 star I've tried to find A way to program the controller so that the throttle is not just on an off switch. No luck even after finding updated controller instructions. This makes the bike almost unusable in slow speed situations and is frustrating. Unlocking the controller from 3 to 9 speeds only increase speed by 5 miles an hour to 25mph max Battery range on heavy throttle very short <10 miles. Very little torque. I've tried getting hold of customer service a couple times to no Avail. Would not recommend to buy this bike as there are better options out there For about the same price now.

Good looking, poor quality, worse customer service
So I’ve had this bike for not even a full work week. Day one I had broken parts (which could have been on UPS since they aren’t careful handling boxes), and I was getting an error code E-001, which I believe is the controller, and a symbol stating there was a hub motor error (the codes I had to look up somewhere else because no where do they show you error codes).Let me take you on my journey with it…Monday: Email customer service about broken products that arrived in box. Still no response five days later.Wednesday: Calls Massimo technical support. Claims I’m calling the wrong department, but will pass my info off to e-commerce.Thursday: No call or email.Friday: Tells operator my problem; gets transferred to a voicemail. Calls parts department; gets transferred to technical support with no answer. Left a voice mail. Calls warranty department; gets transferred to e-commerce with no answer. Leaves voicemail. Calls back to operator; no answer.I’ve never had worse service. I can’t even call it service because no one could answer any of my questions. I don’t think there is a single person there that knows how to work this bike. The bike is extremely fun to ride when it worked, but unfortunately it worked just as frequently as it didn’t. I’d ride it out somewhere with no problem, but have to manually pedal back half way because of the errors, and since no one at Massimo could help me, I have to return it.

Best heavy duty bike
I bought this bike for my son's birthday. He is in the Navy and uses this to move around the base. He had a bit of trouble putting the front tire but I was able to help him over a video call. Other than that, he is happy using it. I was able to see him using it a year after I bought it and let me tell you this bike is heavy, it feels good and it works great! The only bad thing is that I bought this bike when it was over $1600 :( Overall, this bike was a good buy.
