Works well, clean installation
Bought this to use on an electrical project. Previously, I would simply strip the insulation off the end of the wire and insert it into the connector then tighten the connector screw. Using the crimped ferrules results in a much cleaner looking and tidy installation, and it also seems to result in a more secure connection.

Excellent Quality Especially for the price
Really solid quality, especially for the price. I was honestly surprised by how quality this crimping tool is and how well it works. It also comes with a good selection of connectors, which makes it an even better deal. I’m sure the $100 tools have their advantages, but after using this one, I really don’t know what more I’d want/need—it does the job well and feels well-built. I don’t usually write reviews, but this purchase stood out as one of those rare occasions where I felt like I got really great value for my money. If you're on the fence about how much you need to spend to get a good tool, this one work great (I’ve used it a lot ), and crimping stranded wire like this makes terminal connections so much cleaner and more solid.

E0508 UniFi Door Hubs
The white E0508 ferrules work great for the Unifi Access door hubs. I was able to secure 18 gauge wire in them and they fit perfect making for a secure connection on door hubs.

Crimpers are easy to use
I had never used ferrules before but had bought some (before having a ferrule crimper) and tried using regular pliers to crimp them. Regular pliers DO work, but they make ugly and poorly-shaped ferrule crimps. A dedicated crimp tool like this is a joy to use. I never thought that crimping could be so much fun. I'm looking for excuses to crimp ferrules onto wires! The actual ferrules it comes with turned out to be way too small for my needs. I wish I had looked more closely at their size and instead bought a different kit with bigger ferrules. I also tend to prefer ferrules without the plastic insulated ends since I often prefer to use heat shrink instead for a cleaner and more sealed termination. For the price, this kit was great, even for the crimper alone.Note that you must squeeze the crimper all the way down in order for the tool to release and open back up, plus it ensures you've made a good strong crimp. My only complaint is I can't seem to find a ferrule crimper that will crimp from 14AWG down to 6AWG or even 2AWG. They all seem to max out at 7 or 8AWG as the largest wire you can use with these inexpensive crimpers.

Works great
First time ever buying these and the definitely came in handy for my amplifier and line driver install. Lots of connectors in a lot of different sizes. Worth it even if you only need a few of them.

Didn't know I needed this until seeing why.
When I removed a Trigorilla board from my Anycubic Kossel Delta, the power cables were loose. I know that they were originally very tight since I had built the printer. Anycubic had tinned the ends but after years of use the stranded wire migrated out of the connector's compressed area. These ferrules allow a solid connection that is much safer than tinned or bare stranded wire. These are easy to install with the included crimping tool and seem very solid.Quality at a good price.

Great for crimping ends of bare speaker wire!
I needed an easy/tidy solution to crimp the ends of bare speaker wire, and came across this. It was certainly cheaper than buying speaker wire-specific pin ends, and I'm pretty happy with the results. The only issue is obviously the color of the ends aren't Red/Black, but you can identify speaker wire with the writing on the wire anyway. Works for me and now I have enough for 10 lifetimes!

Good set of ferrules
I've been out of car audio for a very long time and decided to install a system in one of my cars. Where were these ferrules in the 90s? And if they were around how come nobody told me! These make wiring so much more clean. Add some shrink tubing as well and you have professional looking cable termination. I love that this came with the crimping tool. You can get away with not crimping it but it just makes the connection so much more secure. Used these for my 4, 12 and 16 gauge wires. No complaints!
