Well, made. Should last a lifetime makes perfect overshot cards for the 410 shells to the millimeter is perfect. This goes through cardboard like crazy has an extra sthink. I don't know what I'm gonna do with that. It'll probably get lost before. I need to replace it on the other one so. Yes, and it's a bonus.

It is a good hole punch for paper and things like that. I was trying to use it for a vinyl material and it just didnt have the sharpness to get through it. That's on me though.

It works very well, and punches out very clean perfect holes. The only problem is, the return spring is very strong, hard to press down on this lever to punch perfect holes. One other thing I would change is, the handle to punch out the holes can't be closed to make this hole puncher fit neatly in a small place . BUT, IT WORKS.

Adjustable Throat makes this a winner! Also goes through thick and thin stacks of paper or plastic sheets.

This thing literally broke the very first time I tried to use it. Cheap JUNK!
