Excellent. Protective, soft and strong!
The hospital where my mom was in ICU used these for cleansing her, every time, for bedbaths and cleanups, partly because of its protective barrier and the success they had in maintaining skin integrity with its use. She had no skin breakdown after 7 weeks in the hospital, but they were also turning her every 2 hours, so all I can say is that the combination worked, which I really appreciated. I bought these in a large quantity when released home b/c they were great and the quantity made the price much better. Very soft, strong and large.

All around fabulous after "the go".
These are the same superb bathroom wipes that the hospital provided during my stay. They are excellent for people who need complete assistance getting to & using the toilet. They are also superb for obese people to use after "the go". The sheets are impregnated with a very soothing cream.Warning: they are NOT flushable, but this has not posed a problem. This also means they're really not suited for public toilet use for most situations. These are far superior to flushable wipes & toilet paper. One of the med-line sheets will do the work of about 20 flushable wipes or 40+ toilet paper sheets. If you've never used them, I would suggest buying a small quantity to try. I love them, so I buy a case every so often for my Mom & me.I gave it no "warmth" rating, because that doesn't apply; if there was a "soothing" or "comforting" rating, I'd give it 5 stars.

these are great but NOT fragrance free
my own mistake, it was my first time ordering these from amazon instead of getting them from the hospital and i forgot to make sure these were the fragrance free variety (which do exist, just not on amazon apparently).these were a real game changer for me! i have skin that is extremely sensitive, dry, scaly, and flaky due to a genetic disorder and malnutrition. i use these because i cannot bathe. they are especially helpful to cleanse and moisturize around the dressing for my central line, which tends to get pretty irritated from the adhesives. the exfoliation from the wipe is gentle enough to not irritate my skin beyond a slight temporary redness (exponentially better than any other wipe/cloth/scrub/loofah) but still gets rid of some of my dragon hide/mostly bedridden person gunk, and the dimethicone leaves my skin much softer.the fragrance is sort of vanilla/coconut adjacent, so if that bothers you steer clear. i’m very sensitive to fragrance so these didn’t work for me (hives, itchy, sneezing, migraine). i could still smell it even after scrubbing with soap, water and washcloth and loofah twice so it really lingers. but i won’t dock stars for that since it was my own fault i didn’t notice they were the wrong kind.

Practical wipes
Available in clinics/hospitals. Less flimsy than the sports wipes/baby wipes and blessedly not perfumed. I bought them for post-exercise quick shopping trips or just to freshen up after being in the hot Florida sun. If I ever have to have surgery in the future, I would take these with me for "sponge bath".

The BEST for sores from Incontinence!
I read about this type of wipe in a medical journal discussing elderly Incontinence dermatitis. No brand name was mentioned… just that there existed a 4-in-1 wipe that cleaned, moisturized, and contained a barrier cream that had proven to be most helpful in busy nursing homes where staff oftentimes didn’t have time to provide the care using 3 or 4 individual products. While I don’t work in a nursing home, I am a caregiver and the man we care for had sores on his behind, but not bedsores… and we could NOT get a handle on these sores! We knew the 3 steps were to cleanse, moisturize, and protect with a barrier cream but we just couldn’t get them to heal!So I did some research and discovered these Medline Remedy Phytoplex wipes… and they have truly been a blessing! The wipes, while Definitely not cheap… are worth the money because with one wipe (and they are huge wipes!) does it all… the cleaning, the moisturizing, and protecting with a barrier cream.I seldom have time to write reviews, but I don’t think there’s another product like this one (that I’ve come upon anyway)

Non irritating for colonoscopy prep
These are the best for cleanup during colonoscopy prep. They are soft and have soothing thick liquid in them. Do not make you irritated and raw like baby wipes, and did not violate the doctor's prohibition of creams or ointments.

Excellent for preemie babies
Wonderful product. We used these in the NICU for our preemie, and when we came home decided to buy some because regular baby wipes dried the skin out and caused irritation. They at large for a baby, and maybe not for every single diaper change, but definitely the poo ones they helped immensely so not irritate his skin from excessive wiping.
