I have purchased this item many times from Ulta and never had this issue. The entire product is stuck inside the cap, had to dig it out and ended with less then half of it somewhat useable.5 stars for Buxom, love this so much. But what happened!? Won’t order this from Amazon again.

I am lucky to have naturally full lips, however, as I age and them now 40 they have gotten a little bit thinner. I absolutely love this product! To be honest with you, most lip products that claim to give a fuller look, don’t really make my lips fuller, but this does actually work. It has a slight tingle which I had to get used to, but it is not as tingly as some other volumizing lip products. I like that the color is subtle and natural. This lip product is also nourishing and goes on smoothly. I’m a little bit obsessed and will be getting different colors for sure! it is a little bit more expensive than some other things I have tried, but also less than a $50 brand I have tried in the past. Would I recommend this? Absolutely. if you are hesitant about the price, wait until it goes on sale. I bought my first one last year during a black Friday sale. Es una de mis labiales favoritos para uso diario, además de ser muy hidratante deja un color rosado natural y hace ver los labios con más volumen por q es un poco mentolado pero no pica, es la tercera vez que lo pido por aquí ya que sale igual q comprarlo en Estados Unidos, soy de Colombia. Lo único malo es que solo hay un color disponible para mi país y los quisiera todos! Porque no los venden todos ?

Love the color but did not feel like the product was worth $20!! When I first used it the lipstick fell out of the tube top so then I saw how little I had received of the product compared to the lip gloss applicator I usually buy for 24$ that’s why I took the photo!!

The plumping action is not my primary reason for the purchase of this lip balm, because in general "plumping" action leaves the lips tingly and dry. This balm does exactly what I wanted it to do, it adds moisture and and a lovely color to my lips. AND my lips do look fuller, but not swollen. I have noticed that the color deepens over time. When you first put it on it looks light and sheer, but with in about 5 minutes there is more color on my lips, but not at all garish. Overall I am very happy with this product and would purchase it again.

I received mine. The product was stuck inside the lid. I fixed it. I've used it for over a week now, up to 5-6 times a day. Don't know how long to see results. Maybe it takes longer, but no results yet. I can feel a tad bit of tingling, but no other results.
