It just works
I plug in the batteries and the charge in sequence. There are 4 LEDs on the side for each battery that indicates the charge level. Speed only depends on the charger and battery. Works like it should. I got this over the 3 battery unit because I plan to have 4 batteries. I liked this a lot, so I bought another.

Charges quickly
Nice alternative to the factory charging station. charges quickly and one battery at a time and is smaller.

Awesome!
I purchased this is a gift for my husband. As soon as he plugged it in and dropped his batteries into it, they immediately started charging. What a great convenience! And an affordable one at that!

Stopped working after 2 months
I thought I was saving some money buying this off-brand charger. Unfortunately, it turns out I was just WASTING money! It worked fine at first. But after about 2 months, it stopped working. When I put a battery in it to charge, the lights start blinking like it's charging. But they don't progress up the scale like they should. And even after leaving the battery in there over night or longer, the charge hasn't changed. If I pull the battery out and put it in the drone, it charges perfectly fine within a couple hours! I'm using two original DJI batteries and neither of them will charge in this charger anymore.

Looks Good but Performace is Questionable (and Slow)
The device seems to be well-enough made but in use I've come to question its performance. If I place a battery pack with any level of discharge in the hub it goes into charge mode and after a while the lights indicate that it is done. The problem is that when I remove the battery pack and place it into the drone and plug the charging cable (from the same 60w GaAs charger as powered the hub) the drone says that it is not full and immediately begins high-rate charging. To me this indicates that the hub is cutting off the charge before the pack is truly full. It also appears that the hub never gets into as high a charging rate as the drone which hits a full 60w. I've requested a replacement and will see if this is general problem or a one-off and will report back. FOLLOWUP: The replacement is better than the original which I returned in that it does seem to take the packs to full charge. Sadly the device never gets into any sort of fast charge mode as the drone itself does and charges at less than half the drone's speed so if speed is important, you'd be better off charging your packs in the drone but if you are wanting to charge overnight this device might suffice.

Didn't Work For Me
The lights moved in a serial fashion as though the batteries were charging, but even after leaving the batteries in overnight, they still didn't charge. Likewise, the power-out port for the controller didn't work, but in that case the lights on the controller never came on. I ended up returning the charger.
