The BAUERFEIND Knee Support with Silicone Ring tore easily after only a short period of use. I expected better durability for the price. I contacted both Amazon customer care and Bauerfeind customer care, and both declined to replace it even though it is only a month old. It was used just 3–4 times at most, and the stitching came apart.

poor quality
purchased on 31 mar and it’s barely been used for 2 months and the side tore. it’s impossible to use anymore due to the tear - the metal protrudes out without a support to push it back in place. the quality can be a lot better.
