Works but expensive
I have a Savi 720, and this allowed me to pick up and end calls via the headset on the Cisco 9971 video phone at work. Product works as expected, but is a bit pricy for just that function.

Works perfectly with my Cisco 9971. I am disappointed that the USB connection does not provide power to the headset base unit (CS540). The Plantronics headset that I am replacing (CS50-USB) was able to be powered by the USB connection to the phone. Now I have two connection to the headset base, this EHS and power.

As the previous reviewer mentions, this allows you to use call control on the headset when away from the phone...very nice..Worked fine for me with a 9971 Cisco IP phone. Connected to Platronics C052 and Savi720
