I have 5 of these blankets for my two Goldens. Two smalls are on their beds in my bedroom, two mediums are on Sealy beds in the family room. I have a large yard and a dog door. The blankets keep the beds clean from the yard dirt and dry after swimming and when it rains. The 5th is a large I keep in my SUV. These blankets wash well and dry quickly. I’ve ordered the blankets three different times over a couple of years, so I’m obviously very satisfied.

This blanket lives up to the information presented in the listing by the seller. No surprise given it is a sold&shipped by Amazon. Could you make one cheaper yourself? perhaps.. if you disregard your actual labor and time spent on it.My dog is a Jack-Whippet... and since that means very short fur, and literally no fur on her tummy and chest... she does get cold and loves loves loves a warm blanket to climb under. And this blanket really does hold in the body heat, so much so that my dog will relax under it for a few minutes and then spread out and lay flat on her side (which for her is the ultimate comfort position when resting)The blanket is deceptively warm... being a mirco-fleece double sided blanket. Yeah.. if seems light and flimsy, but that is actually a plus for dogs because that means it quickly conforms to their body and holds in all their body warmth. I can put my hand on top of the blanket and it remains cool, but slide my hand underneath and there is a toasty warm dog to be found.Workmanship is excellent, particularly the seams around the edges. This blanket actually uses an edge seam AND a second seam about one inch farther in. This keeps the blanket free of obvious "chewing opportunities". That said.. it's a polyester micro fleece... so it will be damaged by chewing if you have a chewer on your hands... but that is true of virtually any blanket to be honest. Happily.. my dog has grown out of chewing on blankets. She may still chew.. but only when in her crate and bored.. and for that.. we only give her 100% cotton towels.Material quality is very plush feeling, and dog hair does not cling to it much if at all.I purchased two of these based on the listing specs and customer reviews, since as a Prime customer I have free returns on this item. They did not disappoint and so I will be keeping them both.

It only covers a small section of my couch and I ordered the largest size. I would recommend maybe for a small dog but not for my cane corso.

Bought this to put on the floor for our rabbit’s cage area. We have wooden floors, so we needed to put something soft on the floor to protect her feet. Our bunny chews on EVERYTHING! And every blanket we have bought so far, she chews up within a week. So I looked everywhere for a soft chew-proof blanket and decided to give this a try. While it isn’t chew-proof for our little chewer (I honestly think nothing is), I have to say that it has held up way longer than the other cheaper blankets that I bought. This has 2 layers. So while she chews, it takes longer for her to do it to this one because of the double layers. It’s super soft that even my daughter wants it for her own little blanket. It also is easy to vacuum up my bunny’s fur when it sheds all over. Other blankets aren’t as velvety soft. I have bought it 5 times now. Totally recommend!UPDATE: As I mentioned, my bunny chews on everything! And standard blankets typically last only a week before I have to replace them. The first photo shows the blanket brand new on May 25th. The second photo shows it on June 29th, just over a month later. As you can see, she’s chewed it up in several places. But because of the double layer and the sheer durability of the blanket, it has held up so well! And it keeps my bunny’s feet comfy and happy! 😍🐰 The third photo shows the blanket on August 12, two and a half months after I first laid it down. As you can see, she’s chewed it up in other areas, but it’s still holding up with nearly three months of use! So if you’re looking for durability and softness, this is the blanket for you!

My dogs love this bed. They enjoy the bolster pillow attached around the bed to rest their heads. Unfortunately, they have to take turns sleeping on it; even though this is the Jumbo XXL size. Photo shows white dog patiently waiting to use the bed next. The bed can't handle both dogs comfortably, at the same time. That's the only reason I gave a 4 star rating. My dogs are older and one has hip issues (white dog). He is 100 lbs while his biological sister (black dog) is 85 lbs. The white dog has a long body frame (48 inches from his bottom to his nose, not including his tail). The black dog is shorter at 42 inches long. I purchased a log pet bed frame from Fingerhut, to place the bed on. I used an old twin fitted mattress protector on the bed with a full size fitted sheet. This will help to cut down on tearing the bed apart to wash the pet bed cover. All I have to do is remove the fitted sheet and the fitted mattress protector to wash when they get it dirty. I vacuum the bed every day to sweep off their hair. I bought the Pet Fusion Pet Blanket too - XL (60 x 48) - Gray reversible Micro Plush - Machine Washable. Also, I bought an extra pet bed cover an extra pet bed liner; just in-case the originals get damaged. I've had the bed for 2 weeks now and so far, they haven't caused any damage or messes. The zippers on this bed are the strongest ones I have ever seen on the many pet beds I've owned. The pet bed cover is made of a strong and durable fabric; similar to men's Carhartt overalls fabric. My dogs sometimes dig in their beds and go in circles until its comfortable for them. So far, they haven't done this with this bed. I highly recommend this bed. (refer to photos attached)

This is a very soft blanket. I've waited to review it to see how it held up as usually a lovely, soft doggy blanket loses that very quickly and becomes smelly and doesn't wash very well. Nor do they usually regain their softness after washing.I've had this blanket now for a few months. I bought it alongside the companion bed (which I wrote a separate review for) and it is the best blanket I've ever bought for my dogs. I've washed it once and it came out just as soft as when it came out of it's packet. It doesn't retain foul smells, most dirt simply doesn't cling to it and my older dog absolutely adores it. It is, next to her pet fusion bed, her favourite thing to lie on (when a human isn't available.Despite being in constant use by the older dog and being dragged around by a very rambunctious pair of pooches, sometimes becoming the object of tug of war, it has yet to show any kind of wear or tear. I can't find a single stitch out of place.Size-wise, this small sized blanket is a perfect fit for the centre of the large pet fusion bed that I bought. It doesn't cover the sides, just the middle where the dog lays, which is exactly how I wanted it for a bit of extra protection and comfort for the mattress itself (not that it seems to need it). It's just the right size to cover my miniature schnauzer from the neck down unless she stretches out and she is roughly fourteen and a half inches at the shoulder to give you a good comparison.

I have searched the Internet for many years, for a fabric that repels dog hair while still being soft, comfy and looking nice. I've bought many a throw and sofa cover only to spend hours attacking it with rubber brushes and sticky rollers. I've read forums and trawled ridiculously expensive solutions, endlessly searching for that perfect throw.Reader, I have found it. The fabric of delight. Her highness, who loses more fur than seems to be scientifically possible, seems to love it, often rolling around in glee. All the throw needs is a quick shake out the back door and like powdered snow, 20 million collie hairs spiral, fluttering away in the breeze. I'm buying more. I might start wearing it.Works for the cat too, rubbed her off it as she would not voluntarily go near it as it smells of dog. She was disgusted. Hair came off though.

My 7 week old puppy gave in and peed on this blanket. It is so water resistant that I had to use paper towels to absorb the pee (well I acted immediately, not sure what would happen if it waited for a while). The material is VERY nice that I even thought of getting one for myself. The color is just the best. But after the pee incident, even after washing it 3 times and spraying it thoroughly with enzymatic sprays each time prior to washing, I can sadly say that the slight piss and prominent doggie smell is tightly set in so I kind of hate that blanket now. Not sure if any other blanket (material) would do better not letting the odors sink in though.

Was disappointed with the sheer thinness of this dog blanket.And the colour is more of a bluish grey especially on the lighter side almost baby blue.So not at all what I expected in thickness or colour.Crumples up to easily too.Not at all happy with it personally.And if I had seen it in a shop I would not have purchased it.Very disappointed ☹️As I can see from from most reviews others seems to thinks it’s a lovely thick soft blanket apart from one reviewer who states they that were very disappointed as the one received was very different from the original one they had bought.They luckily received a replacement and said that it was of the same quality as the original.So this blanket appears to have changed to a less desirable one.I have obviously received the inferior one!I am sure that if the quality is now changed and is inferior the reviews will soon change too!If the blanket now being sold is not as good in quality as in the past then the price should reflect this and it should be much cheaper.

You think they'd make the sizes the same as the bed they're made for. No. XL blanket is too small for the XL bed, it slips down off all the sides and crumples up under the dog. Material although soft is very thin and light. It doesn't hold up well against any movement, bunching up and sliding off the bed. Why have an expensive memory foam bed if you're going to put a lumpy blanket ontop of it?This blanket costs over £20 and they couldn't add an extra 5cm each side to make it fit? Cutting the size to cut production cost is disgraceful when it ruins the functionality of the product.My dog doesn't do a lot of digging or rolling around in bed, it's this messed just from getting in and out. The blanket was brand new and these pics were taken on the first night of use. 1st pic is after 10mins of the dog lying on it and 2nd is the morning after. You can see it is not offering any protection to keep the side bolsters clean. These are the areas my dog drools on so they are the most important parts to cover... and yet.I love the bed so much but this blanket is a sad accompaniment to it.
