Q: I've had several "waterproof" golf shoes leak badly after just a few months of wear. Anyone had these shoes for awhile and still waterproof?

I have these shoes. I play 3 days a week and I live in Oregon. This April and May have been horrible record rainy months for the past year and this year in these months. I have had liquid mud go over the top of these shoes and nothing came through. I have 5 pair of golf shoes and nothing compares to these in comfort and water proof. I like the idea I can get these in wide shoes as well. I have been a tester for Nike and I worked researching through digital analysis for Nike. Not your normal shoe guy. Nothing compares to these shoes for water proof. I plan on buying another pair today for this next year.

Q: Are these shoes slip-on?

No, these are strictly lace-up. Great golf shoe. As with most Footjoys, you can put them on out of the box and go play. By the way, why would you want a slip-on golf shoe? You lose stability with the ground.

Q: What style of cleat do these use? Fast twist, tour lock,etc...

They are the fast twist. Normal but with the green color, which Amazon carries but many pro shops do not carry. These shoes have an extra couple of cleats for a better grip on the turf. That's a big deal.
