Perfect replacement for xps13 9370
*Disclaimer* no two batteries will ever be exactly the same quality, even OEM.This replacement battery has breathed new life into my Dell XPS. I was struggling to get over an hour out of the OEM one, but the battery monitoring software was saying that it was okay. Bit the bullet & ordered this replacement and now I can happily work for about 3 hours before plugging in (OLED touch screen). No more anxiety if I see it not plugged in anymore, yay! It’s great value for money and seems good quality, make sure after fitting it you run it down to about 10% before fully charging it (also switch off the setting in battery health where it doesn’t charge to 100% for the first few charges).

Charges and holds charge
Bought this item.It was an opened/used one from an unhappy client I guess.I bought it at good price. Battery charges to full, holds a charge for at least five hours. Now that is impressive for a returned item that ended up with me.

84% advertised capacity
Charges to 43.7Wh maximum capacity, not 52.0Wh. Better than the half dead original battery I was replacing but not perfect, probably to be expected for the price (£31.99). No improvement after calibration. Interestingly shows as Lithium Ion, the original was Lithium Polymer.Otherwise all seems to work well.

All included
The package included an appropriate screwdriver and more important a tool to take off the back of the laptop

Missing part, but did the job
My wife's laptop looked pregnant, and this was the cheapest compatible battery I found.Unfortunately, it only came with 1 screwdriver in the package instead of 2 (despite a space for a second), so I couldn't open the bottom panel on the laptop until I forked over another 10 quid for a precision screwdriver set.The battery and the laptop are working great now. I just would've liked to not have that extra expense. Maybe it was a fluke, but worth mentioning I feel.
