Works great for what I use it for
Chinese products are Chinese products, but for the money this is ok. I used this tool for putting down Hushmat in my 76 Corvette. Works just fine decent quality.

Professional tool.
This is what the professional use for scuffing the inside of a tire before applying a patch. Be careful or you could grind right through your tire.

Nice quality at a good price
I’m very happy with this kit. It’s good quality the hand tool has a nice hard, plastic handle and steel work surface. It feels good quality the buffer is abrasive and works great. I think it’s great value for the money I recommend it.
