Very well made for comfort and healing.
Very well made. Very comfortable. It is helping my one heel as it heals. I would recommend. Works well with my dress shoes for daily wear. Good quality and cost. The velcro works really well. I would highly recommend.

Work while on but foot hurts more when off
These work very well when I have them on but after a while once I take them off my heel and side of my foot hurt way worse so I'm going to keep trying them for a couple more days and see if anything changes but while I have them on they help my foot to not hurt

Helps with my Plantar
Low cost, so I took a chance. I am pleased that they offer some relief for my plantar fasciitis.

Pain relief but for only a short time
The gel cups provided immediate relief and support for my heel pain and fit well with all shoes/ sandals, material stretchy. Perfect for walking around the house, too. At first, the gel felt perfect thick enough. It felt like good quality however after 2 days the gel spread and I no longer felt the gel, it became flat in the center .

Worked for a few days but Fabric did not hold up. Only a one week and already heel pad is worn out, disappointing.
