First of all I want to state that if you are in pain and are looking for a posture correction/coccyx cushion to help relieve that pain, I highly recommend trying out several different cushions. They each have their own size, firmness, and material that may or may not be right for you. If you are in pain, you want to find the one that is just right for your specific needs, and that is not something you can really know without trying out a variety of cushions. When trying these memory foam cushions it is also important to give each one some time- like a few days- because the foam will adapt to your usage and may end up becoming more or less comfortable.If you are suffering from tailbone or back pain, I highly recommend that you set up an appointment with a local chiropractor. They should take some fresh X-Rays of your spine and should be trained enough to pinpoint possible (or definite) causes of your pain. They can also instruct and guide you in ways to help improve or even possibly eliminate the pain.Now, as for this specific cushion. This is a posture correction cushion, not one specifically for tailbone (coccyx) pain like the ones with a 'U' in the back. This cushion can help relieve pain immediately and over time, but is intended for an upright position- such as working in an office or driving a car. The cushion has a non-slip bottom and a rough easy to clean cover. If you are using this in your home the rougher material used may not feel good on bare skin. Personally I don't wear pants when I'm just sitting around home, so this was a big issue for me.This cushion is worth trying out if you are looking for a posture correction cushion for the car or office. I did notice a difference sitting on it, but this cushion was not right for my specific spinal situation. The cushion quality is good. The company contacted me to see if I was happy with my purchase, which I appreciate. This particular cushion was not for me personally, but I am very glad I tried it and have bought other products from this company and am very happy with them.Note- I have made reviews for each cushion I purchased, and they share almost the same headline and opening paragraph, however my thoughts on each cushion are more specific.

I have been using this pillow a little over a week. I have been really impressed by its quality. I was concerned that since it’s memory foam that it would squash down as there are a lot of poor quality memory foam products out there. Not this one. It holds it shape and provides excellent support and protection. The cover is also excellent quality and does not loom cheap. It does take a moment to get use to as it’s designed to create better posture and holds the body in a new position which is well needed. The relief I feel is fantastic and completely cushions the cocccyx and spine. I have a protruding disc in my lumbar and when I sit on this cushion I don’t have nerve pain and feel pressure alleviated from my lower spine. I highly recommend this pillow.

I'm an avid gamer, and spend quite some time sitting at my PC. I purchased a gaming chair for a little over $200 last year, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I then opted to a basic office chair from OfferUp. Wasn't very comfortable so I opted for the seat cushion (also purchased the back cushion, which helps a ton as well!). It's been such a help since I've started using it! The seat cushion gives me extra support when sitting. Only reason why it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the material used on the cushion is uncomfortable on bare skin after a period of time.

I used to have back aches because my chair is quite flat and un-padded. So far those aches and pains have lessened. This is comfortable, but will get warm in the summer. The foam material is firm, but not firm enough to support someone more than 250ish pounds (I'm 180 pounds and even I squish it a bit when I sit. When I put two 25 pound weights in my hands the foam starts to bottom out near my thighs) It's foam, after all and isn't going to hold more than it's density allows. If you get warm, get the Gel cushion, it's actually pretty good at maintaining cool for around 1 hour to 2 hours depending on your room's temperature. If you take a 15 minute walk every 1-2 hours it'll be cool once again.

Very very comfortable. The fit is perfect. I have a narrow butt by current American standards, being a guy, 5'8", 150lbs. I have found it difficult to find an office chair that fits me. Most are designed for people with wide bodies, ahem... overweight Americans... and the arms are too far out to be useful. So this fit my butt perfectly, thus provides great support all around... and it fit my chair perfectly. Some of the other similar products are inches wider and I am not sure that they would have fit as well.Since my office chair is rather worn out, my legs were resting on the metal beneath the fall front, and causing circulation problems in legs when working for hours at my computer. Problem solved.The mask that comes with the product, intended for meditators using the product as a meditation cushion, is super nice as well.

I'm 5'4" and 150 lbs. My weight was not enough to compress it down to not feel awkward and bulky under my thighs. Bought for a long distance road trip but it put me up too high in the seat my legs were touching the steering wheel of my Camry. (Could not move seat any lower.)

Perfecto, es que no hay otra palabra, súper cómodo , libera el dolor de coxis y espalda, es ancho, es grueso, se acomoda en cualquier espacio, los materiales son muy durables, para los que les llegó sucio , como pueden ver no es siempre el caso, peso 77 kg me soporta sin problemas , no se que más decir , esta es una opinión real y muy feliz por la compra

Aceptable calidad, yo creo que es para personas no mayor a 175 cms por el tamaño del producto y de caderas no prominentes por del producto, es suave y espero siga así en mes veré !? Llego un día antes de lo previsto y en domingo cuando en las indicaciones a Amazon puse no entrega en sábado y domingo !
